() - In a little over ten days, the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) will kick off their 2011 National Championship, hosted by the Chicago Red Stars from July 30-31 at the Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex in Lisle, IL. Out of the four-team tournament, two of the participants have now been decided as the scheduled playoff match between the Midwest Conference champion Red Stars (10-1-0) & Sunshine Conference champion Tampa Bay Hellenic (10-1-1) scheduled for this Sunday has been cancelled.

Both teams have been awarded berths into the 2011 WPSL National Championship, while the battle for the other two spots commence in the next few days as the East & Pacific Conference Semifinals kick off Thursday & Saturday, respectively. Chicago & Tampa Bay fans can already take advantage of a special pre-sale announced by the Red Stars today.

Fans who book their seats before July 25th for the 2011 Women's Premier Soccer League Semifinals & Championship will have an opportunity to take advantage of discounted ticket rates. Early-bird general admission seats for the National Semifinal doubleheader & WPSL Championship match are $8 apiece and $12 for a two-day ticket. Early-bird preferred seats are $12 apiece and $20 for a two-day ticket.

These ticket offers are available through Sunday, July 24th and prices are subject to change after this date. Any ticket orders placed before Tuesday, July 26th will be mailed out in time before the July 30 semifinals.

The July 30 National Semifinals have been moved up by a half hour to 1:00 PM (CST) and 3:00 PM (CST). The July 31 WPSL Championship Final kicks off at 1:00 PM.
